Is it possible to combine @Lock with @Modifying @Query in Spring Data JPA together with Hibernate?

Locking in the context of `@Lock` refers to locks obtained in advance of a modifying query. @Lock accepts a `javax.persistence.LockModeType`, which from the JPA spec is used only by the `find`, `lock` and `refresh` methods of the `EntityManager`. `find` and `refresh` can potentially fire a `SELECT` query so indirectly, a `@Lock` is applicable only to a `SELECT` query.

I have a problem when using the @Lock annotation together with @Modifying @Query and the query itself performing an update statement.
