    marker = new google.maps.Marker({

        animation: google.maps.Animation.DROP,
        position: position,
        icon: "http://heera.it/wp-content/themes/heerait/img/blog/me.png"
    });
}

You just need to use `icon:icon-url` when creating the marker.
