install pyscopg2 on windows 7 64 bits + python 3.4

I've read several links about that. If I try the python port for windows: I'm using python 3.4 so it fails. For both downloading the archive + "setup.py install" or "pip install pyscopg2" I got the below error. Indeed, missing symbols seem to all be defined there (libpq.obj/c/h) ! Started a new 'cmd', but same result.
