How does one create a unique constraint with ServiceStack.OrmLite (using attributes, hopefully)? The documentation shows how to create a unique constraint only on a single column: ServiceStack.OrmLite Docs If it helps, I am using `ServiceStack.OrmLite.SqlServer`.
