You should add the missing comma after {$filesize}:
mysql_query("INSERT INTO file (id, filename, extention, filelink, filesize, filepass) VALUES('{$random}', '{$filename}', '{$extension}', '{$filelink}', '{$filesize}', '{$filepass}') ") or die(mysql_error());
