Why do I get a 404 error installing Ruby 1.9.3?

FINAL EDIT: The status page indicates the service is back up. I also just successfully ran `rvm install 1.9.3`
Problem
I recently had my computer (OS- Mac OS X 10.6.8) wiped and I am re-installing all my development tools. I have RVM installed once again; however, it won't let me install Ruby 1.9.3. So far I have tried: - `rvm install 1.9.3` - `rvm install 1.9.3-p194` - `rvm install 1.9.3-p448` - `rvm install 1.9.3 --with-gcc=clang` All returning the same command line error: ``` Searching for binary rubies, this might take some time.
