Recover Deleted Files in Aptana Studio 3?

Solution
By default Aptana Studio stores a history of up to 7 days if the file was within a project.
Right click on the folder the file was in and choose "Restore from local History".

Problem
I just accidentally deleted some files in Aptana Studio 3, and to my surprise, they're not in the recycle bin! These are files that I would very much not like to lose, so does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve them? I'm running a deleted file recovery program, but I don't expect it will help.
