jquery $('<div>') vs $('<div />')

Possible Duplicate: $('<element>') vs $('<element />') in jQuery Which one of these two are the correct way to do it: ``` $('<div>') ``` or ``` $('<div />') ``` They both seem to work. Is one way more right than the other, or do they both always work?
